No matter what gender you are, no matter what age you are, just go for it. I didn’t go to college after school, I went straight into construction and don’t regret it.
It has made me grow up faster and it’s given me great experience. Even if you are unsure about what career to choose, try a few out. I’m two years in construction and only 19, I still have plenty of time to go to college if I want to. Don’t pressure yourself into a certain area or a certain industry.
